Sleep Training Services

Consultations:

• Initial phone and/or in home consultation that leads to either over night support or a sleep plan.​ Fees May Apply.

In Person Overnight Implementation (typically 3 nights) ​

Personalized Feeding Schedule:

• Newborn babies, prior to sleep training, can start with scheduling (sleep and/or feeding) to lead into overnight training. 

​​

Sleep Plan:

• Written Sleep Plan and Feeding schedule with Phone and/or email support for 3 weeks.
